Schrader Homes LLC is a family-owned business, founded and operated by Alan Schrader and his wife Ginger. Alan is a long-time resident of Bryant and attended Bryant Public Schools. He graduated from UALR with a degree in Construction Management, and after spending several years working as a property damage inspector for Farm Bureau while doing construction and remodeling projects on the side, he began building homes full-time in 2004. Since then, Schrader Homes has grown to become one of Saline County’s top custom home builders. Alan has a passion for building custom homes and building relationships with his clients. As he says, “it’s a privilege to be chosen by a client to build their home.”
Over the years, Schrader Homes has built quality homes in Heritage Farms, Longhills Village, Westpointe North, Hurricane Lake Estates, River Ridge Estates, Legacy Village, Stone Hill Estates, Gattinwood, The Estates of Riverview, Coldwater Creek, The Oaks, and on various other privately owned properties throughout Saline County. Alan Schrader was honored as the Saline County Home Builder Association’s Builder of the Year in 2006. He was also selected as a Featured Builder in Builder Magazine in April of 2007 and nominated for Builder Magazine’s Humanitarian of the Year Award in 2008.
In addition to building quality homes, Schrader Homes has always had a strong commitment to community involvement. Alan served on the Saline County Home Builders Association Board from 2005-2010, serving as Vice President in 2008 and as President in 2009. Schrader Homes was also the builder for the Saline County Habitat for Humanity Builders Blitz Builds in 2006 and in 2007. In both years, with the assistance of his subcontractors, Alan was able to complete the home in only four days.
Alan’s wife, the former Ginger Maness, is the business manager for Schrader Homes. Alan and Ginger have three children, Haley, Hayden, and Heidi.
